Many of us know people who are currently struggling with their emotional wellbeing and mental health. When we have little or no experience with things like this (or even when we do) it can be hard to know what to say and what to do to be of help to those we care about.
In this episode Tim and Britt talk about the lessons they have learnt over the years of supporting each other in the face of emotional challenges, and not only how to support a loved one who is struggling but also how to look after yourself in the process.
