In episode 3 we heard about Britt's journey with depression. In this one Tim tells us his story and all about his experience of dealing with high levels of social anxiety as he reached his late teens and then on into his twenties and thirties.
We'll talk about possible reasons why we might experience anxiety, what it means to feel this way, and most importantly we go into some depth about what we can do to ultimately get control of our anxiety response.
